What did you like best about "Emancipation"? It didn't seem to be a favorite of many of the fans, but I enjoyed some aspects of it. What did you like or dislike??Shocked

I always liked the scene where Nick pointed out Jo's prejudice. That was their first real argument when Nick was solidly in the right, and I really liked that. It was nice to see that in their arguments Jo isn't always right and that Nick isn't always wrong. The scene overall was very well done and is probably the only part of the episode I really like.

I agree with Macalya Jo, that scene between Nick and Jo was the best scene in the episode. I also liked the second story line that focused on Emil's prejudice. I thought it was well done and as with all the episodes conveyed a message to the audience.

I felt the storylines that you both mentioned stood out, too. The dress that Asia gave the woman seemed odd. They didn't appear to be the same size, so how could the dress fit? It's a trivial point, but each time I watched this episode it didn't ring true for me. Asia was a bit trimmer.
